STRADV text messaging program
STRADV LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, runs STRADV, software that real-estate owners use to operate short-term rental properties. We send transactional text messages from our toll-free number (866) 571-6787 to the independent cleaners and contractors who service those properties, and to clients about calls they book. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Who gets texts
Cleaners and other contractors who work at properties managed in STRADV, about cleaning requests, schedules and the W-9 we need to pay them. Home buyers and real-estate agents who book a call through STRADV, about that call.
How to opt in
Text START to (866) 571-6787. You'll get this confirmation:
STRADV: You're subscribed to STRADV texts about cleaning requests, schedules and paperwork. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Cleaners, contractors and agents are asked to opt in this way when they start working with a property owner or with STRADV, before they get any requests. Home buyers agree to texts about a call when they book it in STRADV, next to the Book call button. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or of getting work.
What we send
Cleaning requests you can accept by replying YES or decline by replying NO, the confirmation with an add-to-calendar link, a link to e-sign your W-9, and reminders about calls you booked. Message frequency varies with bookings, typically 1 to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Cleaner replies NO
STRADV: Thanks for letting us know. You're not booked for Farmhouse, and the owner will find another cleaner.
W-9 request
STRADV: Hi Jordan, please fill out and e-sign your W-9 for Farmhouse here: https://stradv.co/w9/… The link works once and expires in 7 days. Reply STOP to opt out.
